Enhancing International Collaboration: OPIS Methodology

In partnership with the National Research Council's International Innovation Office, I developed and produced an application of the Operational Performance Indicator Scale (OPIS), a groundbreaking methodology developed to address the challenges of measuring and comparing international performance in research collaborations. Through comprehensive analysis of ecosystem linkages in key economies such as Germany, Japan, and the UK, it's clear to see how OPIS empowers the gain of valuable insights into their international collaborations, driving research excellence and informed decision-making.
